See you all soon.
We have landed safely after a lovely, sunny flight. On the coach now. The weary travellers are all looking forward to getting home although they would also love to go back to Disney!!
See you all soon.
A lovely cruise down the Seine.
We took our time over dinner tonight and managed to get a bit of free playtime in the hotel grounds before packing our suitcases ready for tomorrow. Then it was back to Disney for one last ride and the spectacular light show. The fireworks were fabulous but the best bit for me was when our group all sang along to 'let it go' and got a clap from the people standing around us! See, I told you Ballyhalbert's got talent!!!
It's now 12.26 and we have just had lights out. I'm pretty sure everyone will get a great night sleep. We are all shattered but it's worth it.
Looking forward to our river cruise tomorrow. Apparently it's to get up to 27 degrees!!
Another fantastic day. Thankfully it was a bit cooler than yesterday. The Tower of terror lived up to expectations and we also went on a magic carpet ride! The Aerosmith ride was 'awesome' and Armageddon was out of this world. We met Stormtroopers, Chewbacca and Goofy and we shopped till we dropped! This group certainly know how to shop - they even put Mrs Floyd to shame! Enjoy a few pictures of the day... I hope they upload this time!!
... its off to Disney studios we go!
My goodness it was hard work waking everyone this morning! I spent about 20 minutes knocking on bedroom doors and that was just to wake Mrs Floyd and Mrs McClure!!!
We had another lovely breakfast this morning, with plenty of choice and now we are getting ready for the Tower of Terror and other such fun activities! (I'm secretly hoping there are a few children who don't want to go on so I can escape it!!)
Yesterday's main mishap was the tale of the two lost wallets! (Luckily, they were already empty!) Apparently there have been a few holiday romances blossoming but I'll let the children fill you in on that when they get home! Never a dull moment here in Disney!!
More later... if the wifi keeps going...
We all had a great day on the rides today. Thunder Mountain, Indianaland, Phantom Manor & Space Mountain were all packed in; plus we got to meet all the characters and we saw the light show tonight. It was truly amazing. My Fitbit registered over 29,000 steps today so, I'm sure you can imagine, there have been many sore legs and feet - but we don't mind! Looking forward to another day in Disney tomorrow and some more shopping. You're going to love all the toys that are coming home!!!!!
A great night sleep was had by all and we had some job waking the troops this morning! Only one group managed to forget their keycard and lock themselves out of their room!!! (All sorted now!) Everyone is now up, washed and dressed and has had breakfast. We ate like kings this morning with a choice of: cereals, croissants, cooked breakfast, cold meats & cheese, fruit & yoghurt and toast. There was something for everybody to enjoy. Everyone has gone back to tidy rooms and put on sun cream now and then we're off for a day of fun at Disney.
I hope I'm not speaking too soon but it's now 12.20 and all is quiet. It was such an exciting day that it only took half an hour for everyone to get tucked up in bed and lights out! We were all shattered after our late night hot air ballooning and window shopping! It's an 8am start tomorrow. Will update you again tomorrow night when we get back to the hotel.
